Haiz having muscle ache everywhere. had difficulties even climbing down from my bed in the morning. my poor left calf. had a cramp in the middle of the night on thursday and had walking difficulties yesterday. somemore had to run, play soccer, do pt and the stupid duck walk yesterday during pe lesson and cca. now it's even more painful le. =(
Didn't go for training today cos my mother dun allow. haiz. sorry my team-mates: yeo liting, crystal, lu huan and mandice. and xin hui, my instructor. i noe u all may have difficulties training without a no.2. but wat can i do? i can't possibly defy my mother. really sorry. =(
